"That is still different than someone putting you under a spell against your will," Harry said. "She didn't choose to do become this, she was forcibly altered. That's the difference. The choice." Harry said. Though he could see that to Dumbledore that made no difference what so ever. "You told me we are our choices, but what about when that choice is removed? When we no longer are capable of making those choices?"
"Voldemort chose his path, my daughter was cursed, kidnapped and turned into a new person. There is a difference."
"I won't take up more of your time," he said. "If you can get her out, now, before it goes even further I'd be forever grateful." But he would have to think long and hard about his options, because if not even being under a spell would make a difference to Dumbledore, who would it make a difference to?
He shook his head. "I will do my job, because it's what I've done for the last three decades. It doesn't mean I need to agree with all of it. I can still do my job. But I believe that being forcibly put under a spell should make a difference in the eyes of the law."
