Voldemort broke through the wards one by one. They were strong but not impossible to break, which just meant they took time. He heard yelling and people scurrying.
As he broke through to the last floor, he ran for the window, blasting part of the wall away. Reaching the edge of the flooring, he launched every hex he could think of at the escaping prey. How he wished he could fly.
Turning around, he began obliterating the walls and everything he could see. He searched the rooms including one full of books -- and after making sure there wasn't anything there he wanted -- he set the place afire.
Walking outside he found his way to another building on the property and opening it he was revolted at the sight of a Muggle device, albeit obviously charmed.
The anger coursing through his veins reduced the bike to nothing but dust.
He removed the anti-apparition jinx and apparated away.
