'Hmm, I'm dark anyway, so the eyebrows aren't too noticeable.' He pushed back his own sleeves. 'The inking distracts on the arms.' Sami smiled again, sure, this wasn't the most conventional conversation they could be having. But in some situations conventions had to be thrown aside. It was one of the more difficult aspects of his job, the hierarchy. He absolutely detested students calling him Professor Lyons. Thankfully Alex hadn't burdened him with that title.
'Could be crazier? That's good, very comforting.' Nodding as he listened, Samuel couldn't help but think that Grandma Weasley obviously knew how to deal with situations properly. 'You must have, grief is exhausting.' A small smile curved his lips at Alex's next words. 'You're quite eloquent now. If you don't mind me saying.'
His eyebrows raised as the girl's words were recounted to him. That was an awfully shallow and insensitive thing to say. 'I would have said exactly that! Or words to that effect.' Sami snorted. 'Intelligent people often have no common sense.'
