Setting down his sandwich, Ron reached into his filing cabinet beside his desk and opened it up. Inside a manila file folder were the papers Ron was looking for. Since Hogwarts and marrying Hermione, his organization skills had increased tenfold. However, when a large pile of papers were placed on his desk for review, they tended to stay there until he could get to them and work his way through them.
"First of all, I got reports back from the team that was clearing the training location. They said that it was all clear, and combed over with a fine-toothed comb. It should be ready to use as soon as we sign off on it." He handed over a paper that told of the exact spells that were used in the forest training spot, the steps taken to clear the forest, and any other information that may be deemed important later.
"As far as the training and testing procedures, I've been reworking the curriculum, starting with the last year of training to include more practical assignments. I think the third year curriculum is ready, if you want to have a look." He handed those papers over.
"The only difficulty I'm having is with the first and second year classroom curriculum. Should we only brush on topics that should be expected of students to already know, and miss the students who might have had trouble in that subject? Or should we use that time teaching them those subjects they should have learned previously for beginning field training, and require them to obtain a tutor?" Ron really was a bit indecisive on that point. He hated leaving students behind, but thought it was important to begin basic field work almost immediately after they begin training.
