"All right, have your creepy grave. It'll match your creepy face," he teased, and nearly started crying all of a sudden. He managed to hold it back, not wanting to upset Fred or his children if they were watching. He could fall apart later, when there weren't reporters around to capture it all.
"Let's wait. We'll set them off just before it's time to leave. Really give the reporters something to talk about." He was looking forward to it, and grinned again. Angie would have so much to say about this, and he pictured her grin mixed with disapproval. But mostly she'd have been grinning.
