Charlie had been at a loss during the funeral, he'd never done well with these sorts of things - especially when it was family. He'd done his mourning in private, over a bottle of Ogden's and today he stood quietly, offering a shoulder for his mother and anyone else who needed it.
He was relieved though when someone other than a grieving family member approached him - and maybe that was the wrong way to feel about these sort of things, after they'd lost his father, but Charlie couldn't help it. "Yes, Charlie." He nodded, giving her hand a slight squeeze when she offered it to him.
"Thank you for coming today, Miss McKinnon," He didn't have to guess just how it was she knew his uncle, though it was still surprising seeing someone so young who had known him - he wasn't ever going to get used to the idea of people coming back to life.
