I do understand your concern, but considering what's happened with Lily and Scorpius, I doubt he'd be willing to hand out things that could used to breach the defences, reverse the direction and you have immediate access to the school, and while most people can't do it, who knows what Tom can do." In fact, if he were Severus, he'd close down the school like it used to be and not allow anyone in and out.
