He nodded. That was the answer he'd expected. He just wished he knew exactly what being there entailed. Listening to people talk, sitting with them when they cried probably. Making sure they ate and slept on a regular schedule, and now he was thinking like Al and that was never good.
When his father offered to let him help clean up, he looked at him in shock at first, before grinning just a little. "Yeah, that'd be good," he said, resting his head against Ron's shoulder and taking hold of his mother's hand. "You know me, I like to stay busy. I can't sit still for very long, and having something actually helpful to do will be...good." He was repeating himself, but he was tired and sad so it was only to be expected.
"We should go in. Rosie might be looking for us, and I want to see Grandma."
