Harry was still tired, more so than before, and talking was getting harder though he tried to ignore that. When Hermione arrived he made sure they were alone before he said something. "Barely," he answered her. "But I've slept long enough for now."
He looked at her, saw the tears in her eyes. "Hey now, no crying. You know tears make me uncomfortable," he teased. "I'm the awkward boy who doesn't know what to do with girls who cries, remember?" He smiled. It's been a long time since he thought back on his awkwardness with tears.
"Everything will be fine," he said instead. "And you need to be strong for Ron. He's going to be so busy, and he's not going to take it well."
