"It's this or sleeping alone," he said, smiling at the kiss. "I like this better, even if you wake me up."
He blinked, opening his eyes, and taking a moment so he could see clearly with the faint light. "Why can't you? Don't tell me it's just because he's in the hospital. You've done this once, we've both seen friends and family die. If you didn't sleep anytime someone got hexed, then you didn't sleep for a few months." His hand rested on Remus' cheek and kissed him gently. "Are you going to tell me what's wrong?"
