Remus' grin remained as he shrugged unapologetically. "I may have enjoyed being horribly rude, just this once," he admitted with a laugh, pleased by Harry's words. Despite the worries that came with secrets and war, Remus was very happy, happier than he'd been in years. It was a very pleasant way of living.
"Right, well, that's Pads for you." Remus chuckled, shaking his head. "You'll have to tell me about the bike after you see it. I remember the hours he put in on the old one. He loved that bike."
It was good to see Harry smiling when he talked about his son. Too often lately it seemed as if the topic of James was more worrisome than glad when they spoke. Knowing the feelings on both sides, Remus was happy to see a smile instead of a worried frown. "How are things with you two?"
