On second thought, perhaps he should have left off with let's fly soon. Then he might not have found himself being dragged over to the shed, wondering what bee had gotten into Bill's bonnet and whether or not it would insult the other man if he wrenched his arm away. Really, he supposed it wasn't Bill's fault he'd been raised in a family that seemed to think nothing of casually touching friends and family.
At least both questions were answered when they reached the shed and the light dawned for Remus. "I don't need to get in the air that badly," he chuckled, shaking his head. No, he could just see it now. He'd go up on the broom and half the redheads around would insist someone let him play in the next match. He might like flying, but no. "I'll be fine waiting a little longer, really."
And he wasn't asking Ginny for cast-off brooms! He could wait until he could afford one on his own.
