"Well, I guess I'm just stuck with you, then." Remus' hearing caught the single word spoken in an undertone, of course. But, he'd taught himself long ago not to react to such things and give people their privacy -- something that was coming in quite handy as a professor trying to keep track of the students. One learned the most amazing things when others thought you couldn't hear what they said.
"Psych tests?" Remus inquired, shuffling the parchment he'd been working on into a small pile and placing the quill and ink on top. He was well enough versed in basic procedures to guess the reason for the tests. Still, it never hurt to ask rather than assume. "Part of training? Or, is this one of those bureaucratic loose ends you get to deal with after events like Saturday?"
