Jacob paused for just a moment, letting Peter struggle to regain his breath before he continued. Instead he trailed his finger lower, down to his throat wrapping his fingers around the front of Peter's neck and pressing slowly, no where near as efficient as the curse but it would of course get his point across while he moved closer, and pressed his leg between Peter's thighs.
"Not yet, Pete." He shook his head, letting his breath puff warm against Peter's face. "First I need something from you." He leaned into Peter. "You give me something, show me you deserve this, and I'll give you what you want." He kept a steady pressure against Peter's windpipe, not enough to cut off his air supply completely.
"Give me what I want Peter, and I'll take care of you." He told him, his voice soft. "Just like I always have. Show me that you want this Peter."
