What was it with Harry and his children not speaking, Remus mused with a silent shake of his head. "Well, in Tad's defence, it really was much harder to find a safe place to transform in the city than on the farm or here."
"Now, you know I can't take sides as a referee," he chided with a smirk. "Of course, there's nothing in the rules that says they can't do outside research from credible sources," he added. Really, he wasn't picking sides. But, he wasn't going to argue with anyone getting outside help so long as it was reasonable and wouldn't undermine the competition.
Amused at Harry's silver linings, Remus set his now empty plate aside to fix a cup of tea. "Yes, I'd say you've been working just a bit," he laughed. "But, all of those are good silver linings, work and non. How is Lily doing? She's been quiet in class, not her usual inquisitive self." And that had worried Remus, of course, worried him that she wasn't dealing with her friend's death -- something he knew a little about.
"If I have to," Remus chuckled at Harry's last question. "Especially if it's working."
