"I think a large part of his draw, at least the first time around was his power. People were less concerned with what ideals he stood for as much as they wanted a bit of that power he had. And he was very powerful." Michael knew that well enough. "It stopped being about blood purity a long time ago for Voldemort and it's all about power now. It might have been his original draw for so many of the people he got to join him, but ultimately that is not his goal - or he wouldn't kill purebloods as often as he does."
