She buried her face in his warmth, a low keening sound in her throat, letting him rock her and hold her.
It seemed like forever that she sat there with him, but the hall was still chaotic and loud, with shouts and screams, and the sounds of teachers taking charge. Lily clutched at the arms that held her, looking into the face of her cousin.
