Bill looked at his brother, then chuckled. "Only you would know the exact percentage off the top of you head," he said, though there was warmth to his voice. "Even I would actually have to do the maths first."
Bill wasn't so sure, though there was certainly some validity to the idea. This close, however? He'd have to ask Jamie, he wouldn't want to push a party on his nephew if he'd rather wait, but he wouldn't want to postpone it without being certain either.
"I'll talk to James," he said. "Asking what he wants. Oh and just so you know, the grooms have requested a Quidditch reception, which means you're getting on a broom too," he said with a smile. "Show that there is a Weasley hiding in there somewhere," he said fondly.
He chuckled. "I would have expected the same," he answered. "So would everyone else it seems. But no hexing, garters. I don't know which is more frightening."
