"Let's hope not. I'm not keen to talk to him again," Allison said, forcing a smile she didn't quite feel. "Well, not unless he apologizes for hexing me and that will happen... Hmmm... 30th of Never perhaps?"
She looked excited for a moment, the idea of more space incredibly appealing. "You can make the wardrobes roomier?" she asked. "God, I so wish I had magic. It's ridiculously cool that you can do things like that."
Allison sighed. "I know that, my dad left me and my mum when I was six. We never saw him again. I don't want Toby to feel that. I don't want to think about it now though. There's no point right now."
