The observation about Sirius was only too accurate. "Pads and I do not discuss poetry. You don't want to know what his version of poetry is!" Hearing the sigh, he added softly, "Only a temporary banishment, give yourself a respite before you drive yourself mad."
To have it spelled out that way, Remus had to agree. He didn't like Regulus' normal. "I don't know what I think normal is. This, just sitting close like this talking and teasing in equal measure, this feels normal, oddly enough. I suppose, given my observations of the teen-aged Gryffindor, shagging one's way through the upper forms, often simultaneously, would be normal. But, not something I think I would ever be able to do." He huffed softly at himself. "Not sure I'm the sharing or being shared sort."
