"Good evening. Expecting someone unpleasant?" Remus asked curiously, noting the initial glare, though he returned the smile with ease. Stepping inside with a quiet 'thank you', he chuckled softly.
"Are you implying Gryffindors dare not tread on hallowed Slytherin corridors," he teased with a shake of his head.
It was difficult not to smirk; however, as Remus had come down with mischief on his mind -- helpful mischief, but mischief all the same. He had been in the castle a week and a half now. It was time to do some testing of the Marauder sort, only he needed a partner in crime. Fittingly, he chose Padfoot's brother to ask for help.
"I'm actually on a mission, you might say, and was wondering if I might convince you to join me in a venture both entertaining and practical?"
