"It's not that bad. I know things are much easier now that they were when you had to do it, and I don't mean just for you, but everyone, and I might not be a full Auror, but this helps. I'm not exactly doing it as a school boy," he answered with a shrug.
"Of course, it might be that I don't take it seriously enough," he added, snorting. "Not enough homicidal fury." He still couldn't believe that Snape expected him to go around permanently angry at the world.
James chuckled. "I would never tell Head Auror that we are attempting to cast illegal charms on a Muggle objects. That would be very bad. However, if my Dad were to come to the house, then he might see something different." He snorted. "I have no intention of giving any self-incriminating statements to Grandma or anyone else."
