Snape chuckled. "You're incorrigible," he shook his head and obligingly picked up his fork, sampling the fish that had been waiting under a warming charm. His eyes widened and he gave an instinctive hum at the taste, before tucking in enthusiastically - and after all, what with everything that had happened today, he hadn't had time to take a bite.
Soon enough, he'd finished. "Are you sure my swimming would be a good idea? I'll be mistaken for an eel, and scare off all the fish." Really, it was a wonder he could talk at all, round that tongue in his cheek.
