He ducked his head down, gnawing on his lip worriedly. Now he felt like he'd done something wrong, and overreacted. Dylan had been very understanding when they'd been together, and he'd been the one to ruin that. He was actually surprised Dylan had put up with him for so long.
"Sorry," he whispered. "You know, for everything. I was a pretty rotten boyfriend." He backed away, more than ready to be done this conversation, before it got worse and he actually did start to cry. He wanted to go back to that happy point with Scorpius. It was far better than how he was feeling now.
"See you," he said, rather lamely, and turned and hurried away before Dylan could say anything else.
He needed a minute alone, and rushed into the bathroom as soon as he saw it was open, locking the door behind him. In a minute he'd go out again, and find Scorpius, but right now he just needed a minute to be miserable.
