"I'm pretty sure there are loads of other people who want that," he said, squeezing Scorpius' finger lightly. He liked holding hands, and the position they were in would shield it from any prying eyes. Not that he'd mind people watching, but he didn't want Scorpius to feel uncomfortable.
"Good, because I like surprises too," he said, fingers dancing lightly over Scorpius' palm. He had to think for a few minutes about Scorpius' question. His mother never talked a lot about what had been like when she'd been prisoner, but he knew that Scorpius' grandfather had likely been involved. Luna never spoke ill of anyone, and mostly remarked on her odd friendship with Ollivander, and how Harry, Ron and Hermione had rescued them, with help from the wrackspurts.
"Um, I think they love you a lot," said finally. "But I've never really met your parents, or your grandparents, but it doesn't bother me. Your family being in the spotlight so much."
