Anonymity allowed for wider freedom of expression and resulted in much more effective sharing of information past the censors. "It's a pity the Prophet doesn't accept anonymous articles." He sighed, making a mental memo to bring the question up to his supervisor one of these days.
"Anything as long as it's not boring," Al answered. "Though the Prophet's definition of 'not boring' also expanded to include 'scandals, secrets, and Skeeterism' when I wasn't looking."
His mouth twitched. "It's not that I can't write like Skeeter, it just requires an additional amount of brain bleach per every word. And-" he sighed "-I'm all out of my allocated amount of brain bleach for the month."
