Harry stared at Al for a moment, trying to get his mind to work in a way that would allow him to answer so that Albus understood when he heard the last.
"Al," he said. "This is still home, you still have your room here. The school is just during semesters and it's not very big," he said. "Just enough rooms for your mother and I to get by, but you are always welcome to visit." He smiled. "If it makes you feel better there is always a conjured up bed available for you should you need it," he added.
Now so the other issue. "I didn't know you and Snape were on a first name basis," he said. "Either way, he isn't likely to offer you a room least you work there or are marrying someone who work there." He didn't know why Al insisted on becoming friends with the man, it made things so complicated. Like trying to figure out if Al knew where the boundaries of friendship was. Which he wouldn't worry as much about when it came to people his own age. "Why would do you think Snape would be offering you a room at the castle?" Was that a precise enough question for Al? Probably not. He'd see what he got and go from there.
