James didn't see how a dog could come before a person, ever, but Craig was different, and he'd accepted long ago, and stopped questioning it. "As I said, anything that works for the two of you is good with me. We all do things differently." He's never pass judgement on people and their relationship. He believed that live and let live was the best policy in life.
"Yeah, I know what you meant, it's just- Too many thoughts at once, and there was no way for you to follow them." His mind had gone from dogs, to a discussion about children, to dogs again in the space of a second, and then he had answered Craig, making no sense in the process.
James shrugged. "Tired is a good estimation, head has been hurting, but it's fine now." He hadn't been doing magic tonight, not really, since everything had been taken care of in the afternoon. "I know, Craig. I just don't know when. I'll try though, and no, it's not something that anyone can do. It's just a lot of training, that's all."
