Harry listened, nodded, and sighed. "I see," he said. "And if I told you that until this moment I didn't know that Moody had or had even planned to speak to you, would you believe me?" he asked.
"I have no idea what Moody might have told you or what instructions he has given you, therefore it's hard for me to know if they are different from what he'd tell any other Auror trainee." He wondered if James ever remembered that he in fact was not a full Auror for another six months and that he still had tests to complete at the end of next turn to become one.
"Why don't you tell me what he said, it makes this conversation so much easier if I know what we're talking about."
