Re: Dominique & Dylan
Ok so she didn't know, the shouting was a pretty good indication of that. He made a face as she ranted letting have her say and worrying more when she said it wasn't serious because that was bad. Like really bad.
"Werewolves can't do casual," he said quickly. "That's what I meant with need, I didn't think about me specifically, just generally." He frowned it wasn't making sense.
"Ok, so see, Patrick found out that werwolves, all werewolves, end up being monogamous, and more than that, possessive, jealous, potentially violent to anyone coming close to the person they're involved with. Even those who liked to fuck around before they were turned change. It's not something that can be controlled, or stopped. Random shags is one thing, but the risk is always there that you'll form a bond to the person you're seeing."
"If you do, I think he mentioned things like being ill - like physically ill - when not around that person, and possibly hurting the people that person gets close to."
He looked at her, serious and worried. "That's what I meant with not what you need. You'll need to form that bond with someone. I just want you to make sure the guy is worth it, and that he's prepared to handle it. If not I'd advice you to break it off before things go that far."
"I'm sorry, Dom, I didn't mean to insult you or anything. But now you know, so be careful, yeah?"
