Dominique thought about snapping that she had plenty of people hovering over her, but that sounded unkind and ungrateful. She was grateful. She was sure that in other families if one had found his or herself in her situation they would have been shunned or otherwise pushed to the side. So Dominique considered herself very lucky indeed.
So instead she just smirked, hers matching his. "Well, as long as you don't mind my hovering back. Turnabout is fair play and all, in the name of friendship."
Her gaze turned to the shed. "I think that would be considered rude, though a flight sounds absolutely brilliant. But I told myself I'd behave tonight. You?"
