Re: Regulus/Remus/Sirius
Sirius rolled his eyes, though at least he knew what was going through his brother's head now, because he was having a very hard time pinpointing that down before now. "Is that what you think?" Though he could already hear his brother's response to that question. "Of course this is hard to fathom, I would never ask you to do this for me, because I know that you hate these people - I would never want you to make yourself uncomfortable just for me. You and I both know I'm not worth that." He sighed, hadn't he done that already, gone with Regulus to a place with people he couldn't stand simply because his brother was there? Or maybe Regulus thought that didn't count? In any case it was a thought for another time.
"And despite that I do appreciate you being here, I was just very surprised that you would go to all this trouble for me." He wanted his brother to understand that and he hoped saying it plainly would help him see that - but it was like they spoke different languages for how well they understood each other.
He looked at the divided packaged and decided to start with the something that they both liked, it seemed to be the safest of the three. The Quidditch set was amazing, so much more than any of the sets he'd played with before - but even he had to admit it was brilliant. "Wow, thank you." He slid his fingers over the Snitch still marveling at the set for another long moment before moving on to the next gift, the something Regulus liked.
He rolled his eyes when he found the robes inside, he'd likely end up wearing them to the New Years Concert. "This really is something you like." He chuckled lightly looking them over. "But seeing as even James was appalled at the thought of me showing up at the New Year's Concert in denims, I suppose I'll have occasion to wear them very soon." The look on his brother's face at the idea would be worth it took he was sure, since he likely wouldn't be going through with his plotting.
And the last, something he'd like. It was the most surprising gift of all - a leather jacket. And he wondered how his brother had managed such a thing. He'd gone to a muggle shop when he got the jacket for James - and he knew his brother would do no such thing, even for him. He pulled the Jacket on immediately, and it fit him perfectly. "How did you ... I mean, this is really brilliant. This is perfect, thank you."
