Re: Regulus/Remus (Sirius)
"Hmmm...sneaky," Remus smirked. "But, quite possibly worth it in this case."
Raising an eyebrow, Remus chuckled. "No, that would be unfortunate, wouldn't it? Should I assume this is appropriately Gryffindor red, in that case?" He pointed to the robes he could tell weren't quite dark enough to be black and would either have been red or green, given those were the only two colors he couldn't distinguish from black when they came in darker shades.
Taking the next package Remus was moderately surprised at the weight. Then he opened it and saw that a bibliophile's dream was inside.
The large, leather-bound tome carried with it that dry, tangy scent that comes only with age. Remus' fingers hovered over the intricate symbols inscribed on the cover, not naive enough to touch them or trace them until he knew precisely what they were. Remus was absolutely certain no one else was going to have even thought of buying him such an item.
"I think I hardly no what to say about this one." He also was fairly certain his own small token, painstakingly crafted as it was, was no were near sufficient in comparison.
