"We'll do wonderful," Angie said with a grin. "I've no doubt."
She laughed and shook her head. "I've fairly positive I'm not Mum's real daughter," she said. "Not unless there's been another man in her life besides Arthur."
Bringing her hands up to his chest, she patted his shirt gently. "I think that's a lovely idea," she said. "I'm sure he'd love it. I would like to stay on somehow though. You know, in case something should happen?" Angie knew she wasn't an active partner in the business, but it was their livelihood, and she cared about the shop as well.
