"I can do whatever you want me to," he said softly, kissing at her hair, her neck, anywhere he could reach.
They stood there in the middle of his flat for a moment before he pulled back and took her hand. "C'mon," he said. "Let's go sit on the sofa. I'm going to have to take the dogs out for a walk at some point, but it can wait a little while."
Moving to the sofa, he picked up his wand from the coffee table and pointed it at the fireplace. What had been smoldering embers instantly transformed into a raging fire. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and pulled her close, fearing that if he let her go, she would change her mind again. "I'll make whatever modifications I have to around here," he said. "Whatever you need, just let me know."
