"Which is why I said not many blokes," she replied, smiling a bit. Ronan's chuckle was genuine when it came to Ben, and she knew how lit up Ben became when he talked about Ronan. Minerva was happy that her friend had found someone that made him that way, and if what Ronan told her was true then Ben was in good hands.
She didn't answer his other question, because it was her choice of what to do regarding her life. Minerva was still coping with what she was now and Ronan had the benefit of being who he was for longer than she.
"Ah, well that makes sense. Maybe I will contact him one of these days."
Minerva nodded. "You're right. Before I thought it was something he could change if he really wanted to. Now, it's different. There are things of my nature that I can't change any more than he can. That's just how it has to be."
She smiled but Minerva had her own ways but she wouldn't tell Ronan that his advice wasn't wanted especially since he agreed to see her and answer her questions.
"I suppose not. Since I can have centuries ahead of me, only time will tell." She stood, taking her mug of cider with her.
"Speaking of time, I think I've taken enough of yours. I won't keep you any further."
