"He's a friend of Ben and Jamie. Patrick Pucey. He works at the new werewolf clinic." Worked, ran, owned, Ronan didn't know or cared about the legal parts as long as things got done, and he knew from personal experience that Patrick's potions were good.
"There's no reason not to be honest. This isn't something we can change, which is why I told Atlas from the start not to get involved with you," he said with his usual frankness. "You don't seem to understand that this isn't a choice on his part. It's his nature."
He wouldn't lie to Ben no matter what she said, but at least this solved one problem. "You can't hide. In the end, these things become known. It's easier to let it be known on your terms than someone else's."
