"Ha, ha you know what I meant," Marcus replied, raising an eyebrow but seeing Patrick smile just a little made Marcus smirk back.
"You might as well put yourself in a bubble spell for that matter," he said before getting up and going into the kitchen. Marcus didn't have many people he worried about, but Patrick was the one that always topped his list.
He exhaled, the puff of breath stirring Patrick's fringe as both men stood close, forehead to forehead. "Cure this? Patrick, I hope you don't mean curing lycanthropy all together because I doubt I'll live that long to see that happen," he told the young wizard.
Marcus pulled his head back, looking Patrick in the eye.
"I know it's important, so...whatever I can do. If there is anything. Just check in once and a while and let me know that you've still got this gorgeous head on your shoulders."
He missed Patrick too, but by showing up this early in the morning should prove to Patrick how much that Marcus did.
