Sliding his hands up Jasper's arms, Oliver stopped at the other wizard's shoulders and let his palms rest gently there. He felt Jasper shrink away from him, and Oliver admitted he did have a certain 'tone' he used, when he wanted students to behave.
It was his 'Captain's' voice, his former Quidditch mates used to joke.
"It's okay, Jasper," Oliver reassured the man, his thumbs rubbing soothingly over Jasper's shoulders. He could feel the tension there, and then Jasper was stuttering and it wasn't anything Oliver had heard from the man.
He cupped Jasper's cheek and the other hand went to Jasper's hair. "It's okay, just take a few deep breaths and take your time, yeah?" Oliver murmured, his brain trying to register all the information already given.
"Now...have you gone to Harry about this?" If anything, Oliver knew Harry could help this situation. There was no question that he believed Jasper.
