"How come? You seem like you have a brain, you're fun and you have good people around you. It's not like you're dysfunctional," Allison pointed out. "You're doing better than some of my exes already."
"I'm just saying that I see it more clearly in your society because it's that much smaller," Allison said. "They say you can have a maximum of 150 true friends and I wonder if that number is maybe halved when the community is half as big."
"Honestly? Quite a few. We have the internet which makes things a lot easier, tonnes of social networking sites, email, phone calls, texts. I span the social borders too- I work a lot with whoever can afford me and do some pro bono work for causes I really believe in," she told him. "That's what I mean though - Our technology allows us to spend a little time doing a lot."
