Ginny and Bill
Ginny just smiled as they made their way outdoors, her arm safely under his. Words and thanks weren't necessary. If anything, she ought to have been thanking him. Without his tireless efforts, they might never have discovered the means of removing the curse.
"Like you wouldn't believe," she replied. The relief she felt was immeasurable; it was impossible to put into words what it had felt like, thinking her child was going to die. "James is bouncing back remarkably well--he really is his father's son... he's gone back to his flat already. It won't be long until he's itching to get out there again."
Ginny had been the same way at that age--a fact Bill knew well. She understood it, but now she was saw things differently.
"I know how Mum must have felt, now. I'd like nothing more to keep James, Lily and Albus all under lock and key until this is over," she confided. "If I didn't know they'd find a way around it, I'd do it."
