Tonks was on Cloud Nine. Breakfast had been spent with Teddy and it went really well. Leastwise, so she thought. But she took off from Teddy's a little early so that he and Victoire could take a moment to themselves together before heading over.
And, even if she didn't say a word about how it went, telltale pinky hair was shouting it out loud for her. She took a breath as she stepped into the Burrow. All of these years and it didn't change. She grinned a little to herself. Some things never did. And they oughtn't.
There were faces that she didn't know, and faces that she did. And Tonks really wished that she had a camera to take a snapshot. Instead, she just stayed still (a shock, she knew) and took a mental photo.
