"Oh, Arthur and I are fine, thank you, love. And you're never crashing. We love to have you. You're like family, you know." She rearranged the table to make room for the bowl and the things she'd carried as well.
"You and your torch are welcome to stay as long as you like. I'm sure you know everyone." She smiled, patting him on the cheek. "There's plenty of food, and I think I saw Arthur trying to put up a net for Bally-ball, or some such. I'm sure he'll be tangled in it soon enough."
