He shrugged. "I don't know," he said. "But if I decide to go for it, they're going to ask questions. And I need to figure out the right answers to those questions. Most of them I wasn't on the potion or it was self defense. That helps. . . but it's going to be risky. Anything with me is going to be risky."
Sighing, he took another drink from his glass. "Outside the door, I mean," he said. "Truthfully, I don't want a job at all, really. But Ronan's right. I can't go on like this. I've got to find something to do with myself other than exercise and drink."
