"M'tired," Minerva said, answering her father. "I'm okay. Well...they told you, yeah? About why I'm here?"
Minerva looked up at her father, and her eyes filled with tears.
"I'm sorry, Daddy. I'm so sorry," she said, and her breath hitched out in a sob after as tears fell down her cheeks.
"I didn't mean to do this...for this. Gods," Minerva continued and then leaned against her father and began to cry harder now. She was so tired and hungry and confused, and now she had to face her father and gods only knew what he thought.
What he thought of what she was now. That which she still couldn't believe.
