Dylan ignored the polite crap, the work and the 'how are you' because they weren't important. The last statement was, and he looked at Lori, knowing that was a load of bullshit.
"My way?" he asked. "So you'd fuck me, and not bat an eye if I fucked someone else because you know it doesn't mean anything to me, and you'd keep anything I say a secret even if that secret could kill me?" He shook his head. "No Lori, that's not an option. You wouldn't know how to keep things casual, and I don't trust you enough to do anything but casual."
He sighed. "You're you, and that's a good thing, you should be, it was why I was willing to give this a go from the start. But there won't be any more relationships for me. Not with you, not with anyone else either. It's not for me."
