Indeed! I meant no disparagement to an entire gender, I assure you. In truth, I was referring to three specific boys -- young men, I suppose. They are twenty, after all. Harry's son, James Sirius, and his two friends, Dylan and Craig, have apparently spent their lives trying to become the Marauders for their generation -- literally. If we did it, they've tried it. I'm still not sure if I should be impressed, flattered, or terrified by that thought.
That would be one of those things I still have trouble getting my mind around. Have you read the history books, what they say about all of us? James and Lily, Sirius, you, myself?
Tonks, he's already met you once. If he hadn't liked you, he wouldn't be meeting you a second time. And, you can hardly imagine that, as I am now, this is who he imagined his father to be? He's possibly just as nervous as you are.
He's a good and caring man. There's much to be proud of about him. It will be worth the weight. I can honestly promise that.
Sincerely, Remus
P.S. I will, truthfully, be fine. It's surprising how quickly Ted figured out how to get around me on these things.
