Dylan grinned at the news, sitting up a bit more straight, though wincing as he did. "Really, you're moving in?" he said, looking towards Ben then back at Ronan. "I'm glad." And it would help Ben, Dale and Albus with the rent too, now that he and James wouldn't be there any longer.
He smiled a bit at the hopeful words, because he knew they weren't so. "If I against all odds live, sure you can. Just don't wake me up at 5.30," he said. He looked at the marks, and had he been closer he would have reached out to touch them. "Thank you," he said instead. "Not that there seemed to be much point, but thank you all the same. I know it was work, but-" he shrugged.
"No new leads?" he asked, because it was better than thinking about dying. "And humour me, I don't have anything else to think about."
