"Well whatever you've been told, it's most likely true," Minerva told Ronan with a grin. "Especially all the good parts."
She leaned over and kissed Ben on the cheek back. "Of course I do," Minerva replied, smirking. "When have you ever known me to not look good. And I wouldn't miss the chance of spending time with one of my best mates and meeting his boyfriend."
Turning her head at Atlas' voice, she gave him one of her brilliant, fake smiles. Minerva was good at acting friendly when she was seething inside.
"Atlas, glad you could make it. I hope you weren't too bored with these two before I got here," she said sweetly.
Clapping her hands together, Minerva sat up. "So what are we all drinking? I've been craving a warm mead all day, and now that I'm in the company of several gorgeous men my evening can begin," she said, catching Ben's eye and winking at him.
