Re: A Word with Harry
"The cloak is in my possession, and will stay in my possession," he added, because he could see more clearly now that he was an adult where Dumbledore's mind was heading. "The wand was placed in your tomb again after your death, to most it would still be known to lie there. I removed it secretly a few years back, it's in my vault at Gringotts, though no one knows this."
He looked evenly at Dumbledore when he asked and nodded. "I walked blindly for years, I will not let my son do the same. And yes, I know the risks, I've spoken to my son about the risks, I can only hope he understands them." He was not going back on this. James needed to know, to grow up, because gods he still acted like a child sometimes. This was no time to be a child though.
Harry smiled. "If you can come up with a cure no one would be more delighted than I, but my main point at this time was information. Though personally I believe the two to be linked." He thought for a moment on how to word was he was thinking, before going on. "If we can get inside Voldemort's head, if we can understand him, predict him, then perhaps we can also see through the curse he used? Perhaps then there is a key to the cure."
"Aurors and Hit-wizards have been given the right to use the killing curse on Voldemort," Harry answered. "I don't exactly feel like I can tell them to get the ring in the process or they'd wonder."
